Sunday Lunch

Sundays were made for a hearty roast dinner. We work with our butcher to get the best joints of local meat, then roast them long and slow.

Beef is available every week along with either pork or lamb, served with roast potatoes, mash and seasonal vegetables and the usual trimmings.

We also offer a vegetarian roast option. If you’d prefer something other than a roast, we also offer a number of dishes from our à la carte menu.

Group bookings

Whether it’s a significant birthday, a family celebration or a group of friends staying in one of the larger holiday lets around the village…

Our dining room can comfortably seat groups of up to 24 people (absolute maximum 28). Groups larger than 12 are seated over two or three tables. For bookings of 10 or more we require a deposit and groups to pre-order in advance (except on Sundays).

Allergen Information

Due to the size of our kitchen and storage areas, cross contamination with allergens is highly likely as we do not have capacity for segregated preparation areas.

While we’re happy to adapt dishes, it is on the understanding that the presence of allergens in our kitchen is likely. If you are at risk of serious illness or death from a particular allergen, we will advise you against eating here.
